Therapist
Natalie, LPC-MHSP (Temp) is a Therapist at The Refuge Center. She received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Natalie is trained in EMDR I and II and is currently pursuing EMDR certification. She is comfortable utilizing Internal Family Systems Therapy, Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy, CBT, and somatic therapy tools to help clients navigate their unique challenges.
Natalie is passionate about guiding individuals through life’s challenges and is committed to empowering her clients to discover their inner resilience. Natalie welcomes clients from all walks of life, including individuals dealing with life transitions, anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, disordered eating and body image issues, relationship issues, and the unique challenges of parenthood. Natalie’s approach is grounded in fostering self-compassion and helping clients tune into their inner voice. She firmly believes in the transformative power of human connection and genuine empathy as integral tools for recovery. She is dedicated to providing authentic care, safety, and a nurturing environment in order to help clients carve out space for themselves on their journey toward healing.
