It’s important to note that eliminating anxiety entirely is neither possible nor desirable, as it serves a crucial role in keeping us alert and safe. Instead, the goal is to manage anxiety effectively. This can be achieved through therapy, medication, lifestyle changes like exercise and deep breathing, or a combination of these approaches.
