Elia Martin is a Master’s Level Intern studying Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. Prior to seeking Master’s Level education, she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Cal State University Northridge.  She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Elia is passionate about working with children, adolescents and young adults.  She believes there is always hope for complete restoration, wellness and that no one is ever too far lost. Knowing life’s journeys can be a road to recovery, she is confident that day by day steps and through the power of prayer, lives can be changed.

Her focus is to work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, life adjustments, high levels of stress, body image/ self-esteem struggles and more. She believes in creating an encouraging, safe and judgment free space for her clients. Her overall goal for her clients is to walk alongside them to discover healing and growth through thoughtful collaboration and counseling.
