Charman Compton is a Master’s Level Intern studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University.  She is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association.

Charman is passionate about working with individuals experiencing any of life’s challenges. She wants to walk along side  those who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, body image issues, grief, and trauma.  She believes that by providing a safe space for one to share and process their story, she can partner with them in their healing journey. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to her clients, drawing from evidenced-based therapies and techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
