Carla Lee is a Master’s Level Intern studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the College of William and Mary. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Georgia.

Carla’s work in the medical field has taught her that emotional health is as important as physical health, and that the two are intertwined. She believes in the healing power of human connection.
Thus, Carla’s goal is to create a safe and supportive space for clients to begin their healing journey as they explore a range of concerns.  Carla uses a person-centered approach.  She is influenced by emotion-focused therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness. She celebrates the courage needed to explore, reflect, heal, and grow and is honored to walk alongside her clients.
