Shelly Jansen is a Master’s Level Intern in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lindsey Wilson University.

Shelly is committed to guiding individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life complexities including life transitions, relationship concerns, women’s issues, parenting challenges, codependency, anxiety, and depression.

Shelly creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions. She draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities and tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs.

With a strong belief in the transformative power of therapy, Shelly is passionate about helping clients develop self-compassion and a more positive mindset. She encourages each person to embrace their journey while fostering growth and healing.
