Lindrel Moates, A-LPC-MHSP, NCC holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications/Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University, with a minor in psychology. She is also a National Certified Counselor who is committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where adults and couples feel seen, heard, and supported. She works collaboratively with clients to explore their challenges and move toward meaningful growth and healing.

Lindrel integrates professional training, life experience, and creativity in her clinical work. As an integrative therapist, she draws from holistic wellness theories, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based modalities. She is a trained facilitator of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Prepare/Enrich couples assessments. She has completed Level 1 training through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and is currently pursuing full LPC-MHSP licensure under the clinical supervision of Robert Fitzpatrick, LPC-MHSP (#4071).
