Lauren Gregg is a Master’s Level intern pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Belmont University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Applied Psychological Sciences from Arizona State University and is a member of Chi Sigma Iota, the Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International.

Lauren works with teens and adults navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. She has a special interest in supporting individuals through perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns.

Her counseling approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Through this process, she supports clients in deepening self-understanding, strengthening resilience, and moving toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
