Courtnee Guynn, LPC-MHSP (temp), holds a Master of Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialized focus on trauma-informed care, obtained from Middle Tennessee State University. Courtnee is a compassionate counselor committed to enhancing the overall well-being and equilibrium of her clients.

Drawing from experience in assisting survivors of domestic and sexual assault, Courtnee has honed a distinctive counseling approach that integrates various therapeutic modalities, mindfulness techniques, and empathetic listening. Her methodology is designed to holistically address the interconnected aspects of the mind, body, and spirit.

Courtnee is devoted to cultivating an environment conducive to self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth. Through the establishment of a safe and non-judgmental space, she endeavors to inspire introspection and empower individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with a holistic perspective that addresses the whole of the person such as ACT, TF-CBT, and Mindfulness- Self Compassion Work. Ultimately, she hopes to guide her clients to discover the most authentic version of themselves.
