Carol Duncan is a Master’s Level Intern in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of the Cumberlands and an active member of the American Counseling Association.

Using a client-centered approach, Carol supports individuals of all ages as they navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and grief. She brings compassion, skill, and meaningful life experience to her work, helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Carol is passionate about empowering people to build on their inherent strengths and develop greater resilience, self-esteem, and confidence.
