Brian Williams serves as the Director of Advancement, bringing over 20 years of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience. He has led successful scholarship, endowment, and capital campaigns at both local and national levels. Brian previously served as Director of the NASW Foundation in Washington, D.C., where he secured multiple seven-figure gifts, and as CEO of Hands On Nashville, leading the organization through significant growth.
He holds a Master’s in Social Work and is passionate about connecting donors with mission-driven work that removes barriers to care and raises mental health awareness. A longtime Franklin resident, Brian and his partner Amy have raised four children and remain active in the local community.
