Our Mission

Refuge’s main focus is to provide affordable and accessible services to all in our community, regardless of their differences. Once a month, we will share what is in the works, resources, and tools beneficial for readers including therapists, staff, clients, and community.

Exciting News

The Growth Lab Workshop Series

On October 18th and 25th, a group called The Growth Lab will explore ways of unifying and grounding our bodies during a time of division, healing during a season of pain, and tools for growth and strength using what is already around us!
