The Wounded Heart Program is a small group for women dealing with childhood sexual abuse and/or sexual assault. This group is an adjunct to individual therapy, not a replacement for individual therapy.

The Wounded Heart Program is a group for women dealing with childhood sexual abuse and/or sexual assault. This group is an adjunct to individual therapy, not a replacement for individual therapy. The group is most suited for clients currently working on their trauma who are ready to move to the next level of healing.
The group provides a safe space to join with others who have similar experiences to find hope, healing and restoration using the Wounded Heart text by Dr. Dan B. Allender. The group size is limited to a maximum of 8 participants.
The group will meet on Monday evenings at The Refuge Center from 6:00 – 7:30 PM and will run for 12-weeks. Wounded Hearts is grant funded at The Refuge Center and there is no cost to clients. Books are also provided at no cost to clients.
