Amy Glennon is a Master’s Level Intern studying Clinical Mental Health counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Journalism at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselor Association (TLPCA).

Amy is passionate about working with women of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, relationship issues, breakups, feeling stuck, and adjusting to big life changes. Her goal is to seek to understand each individual she collaborates with in their pursuit of personal insight, resilience, and healing. She utilizes Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), self-compassion, and mindfulness in her approach.
