She is a member of Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society, Alpha Chi Honor Society, and Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association (TLPCA).

Lauren is excited to work with children, teens, and adults who experience a variety of presenting concerns including: depression, anxiety, trauma, externalizing behaviors, and more. She collaborates with clients to work toward establishing and accomplishing their goals within the safety of the therapeutic relationship. During the process of working toward clients’ goals, she will help clients connect with themselves and their inner resources. As clients become more aware of their own uniqueness and inherent value, they can navigate their experiences and relationships with others in more meaningful ways.
