Caitlin Coile, LPC-MHSP is currently serving as a Therapist and Director of the Child and Teen Program at The Refuge Center. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation, and holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University. As a member of the American Counseling Association and the Tennessee Counseling Association, she is dedicated to making the human experience both constructive and meaningful for her clients by creating a warm therapeutic environment in which they can experience growth, empowerment, and support.
Caitlin has training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), EMDR for Children, Play Therapy, Brainspotting, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She incorporates multiple modalities of treatment into her practice to give each client a unique experience that meets their specific needs. Her hope is join with her clients to achieve meaningful and deep healing, identify resources for continued growth, and develop secure attachments in their relationships. She is passionate about working with individuals and families of all ages who are dealing with life transitions, identity, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.
Ken Corr is the Congregational Care Minister at Brentwood Baptist Church. In this role, Ken’s responsibilities include pastoral care, support group supervision, triage counseling, assessment, and referrals. He has been with Brentwood Baptist since 2008 and before this role was a Residential Therapist at La Paloma Treatment Center, a dual diagnosis treatment center specializing in mental and substance abuse disorders, in Memphis, TN.
Ken holds his Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas. In 2008, he also received his Master of Science for Community Agency Counseling at The University of Memphis. Ken holds an impressive amount of community honors, including being honored by Metropolitan Interfaith Association as the “E. J. Goldsmith Volunteer of the Year.” He is also a past board member of The Refuge Center for Counseling.
Rob Fitzpatrick, LPC-MHSP, is the Behavioral Services Coordinator at Williamson County Juvenile Court and the Former Director of Children and Teens Program at The Refuge Center for Counseling.
Rob has a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. He has a number of post-graduate trainings and certifications including EMDR, Othmer method ILF HD neurofeedback technology and the Neurosequentional Model of Therapeutics from the Child Trauma Academy (Level 1 trained). Rob has also provided trainings to a number of local organizations including the Alzheimers Association of Middle Tennessee, the Tennessee Juvenile Court Services Association, and is a trained instructor to lead groups in Youth Mental Health First Aid.
He is a current member of the American Counseling Association and the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association.
Trillion Small has a Ph.D. in Clinical Counseling and is an adjunct professor at The University of Texas at Dallas in the Behavioral & Brain Sciences Department. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified John Maxwell leadership development strategist. Additionally, she is a Sport and Performance Psychology Consultant where she provides mental training for high performers from the locker room to the boardroom through her company, Nurturing Fit Brains. She is currently the Mental Performance Coach for Dallas Jackals; a Major League Rugby team.
She is also a recent TEDx Speaker.Her talk title is “Overcoming the Fear of Love” where she provides the psychological and neurological perspective of fear; particularly as it relates to love. She spoke at TEDxSMUWomen. Additionally, Trillion is the Founder and Lead Organizer for TEDxFrisco.
She is the owner of Attachment Leadership, LLC which houses her mental health counseling practice and business psychology consulting. She provides customized wellness & leadership development programs, emotional intelligence corporate training, and youth development curriculum. Additionally, she is the author of 6 books and the founder of her publishing company, They Speak Publishing.
Trillion is the Texas lead of #Cut50, a national organization co-founded by Van Jones, CNN political commentator. She is also on the Advisory Board of Representative Colin Allred and a board member for Dallas Afterschool as well as AIM Court presided by Judge Brandon Birmingham under the leadership of District Attorney John Creuzot.
Trillion was a runner up for the 2019 Collin County Woman of the Year and she was recognized as Nashville’s Black 40 under 40 in 2016.
She has also been seen on national and international television and heard on several local news and nationally syndicated talk show radio stations such as: CBS, NBS, The Word Network, CTN, American Family Radio, and Total Living Network.
Eboni Webb, PsyD, HSP earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology (MSPP). She began her clinical work as assistant clinical director and program director at Mental Health Systems, PC (MHS), one of the largest providers of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in the United States. At MHS, Dr. Webb developed two specialized DBT treatment programs for clients with developmental disabilities and borderline-intellectual functioning.
Dr. Webb is a highly rated international trainer in DBT, and she serves as an advisor to the Dialectical Behavior Therapy National Certification and Accreditation Association (DBTNCAA). Organizations Dr. Webb trains for include PESI, Jack Hirose and Associates, and Lane Pederson and Associates.
In 2010 Dr. Webb opened the private practice Kairos in Middle Tennessee. Kairos, now The Village of Kairos, offers diverse DBT specializations including DBT for trauma-based disorders and co-occurring disorders. The Village of Kairos has expanded therapy programs, better known as Restorative Services, to include individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents, parents, families, and adults including pre-and post-adoption services and in-the-moment coaching for clients. The vision of The Village of Kairos is to help clients build a life worth living alongside a village of practitioners with lives worth sharing.
