Inaugural fundraising dinner a huge success

News

The Refuge Center for Counseling hosted its inaugural fundraising dinner, Hope Grows, on October 17. At the event, Ann Buchanan, retired CEO of United Way of Williamson County, was presented with the first-ever Hope Award for embodying the mission of The Refuge Center for Counseling.

The dinner also featured an incredible line-up of entertainers—Galen Crew, Magnolia Sons and the extraordinary Patsy Clairmont. Patsy moved the sold out audience with her personal story of hope and healing and empowered all by sharing, “You’re more than you know.”

In its first year, Hope Grows raised more than $20,000. The proceeds from Hope Grows will have a direct and immediate impact on the programs, services and clients of The Refuge Center for Counseling.
