Emily Carroll has joined The Refuge Center staff as our director of development. Emily previously live in Chicago, where she worked in marketing and development at Illinois Action for Children. She is a gifted communicator and relationship‐builder and is in her element when conversing and connecting with people. Emily truly believes in the work of The Refuge Center and strives to expand the reach and mission of our organization.
