Savannah Hessling is a Master’s Level Intern pursuing her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Colorado Christian University. She is a member of the American Counseling Association, the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association, and the Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic & Professional Honor Society.
Savannah is dedicated to meeting her clients where they are and providing a safe, judgment-free environment. She strives to provide holistic care for her clients through an integrative approach, utilizing tools and techniques derived from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and narrative therapy. She is eager and honored to partner with her clients in gaining the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges. Savannah is passionate about working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, sexual dysfunction, and relational conflict.
