Peggy Plunkett is the Director of Operations at The Refuge Center for Counseling. Peggy is responsible for day-to-day operations, managing the organizations human resources, and helping create organizational and program budgets in collaboration with the Executive Director. She plays a critical role in keeping the office and staff functioning smoothly, supporting the ED and all administrative and clinical staff.
Peggy is a Kentucky native and has called Nashville home since 1987. Peggy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Advertising at the University of Kentucky. Early in her career, she worked in property management and real estate. She brings 16+ years of experience in the non-profit arena.
