Nicole Beuchler is a Therapist at The Refuge Center for Counseling. She graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2020 and is currently working towards licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Nicole is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT). Nicole is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and is certified to administer the Prepare/Enrich Assessment. She enjoys working with adult individuals, couples and families.
Nicole believes each one of us has the capacity to grow and change in order to become the person we were created to be. Her areas of focus include those individuals challenged by anxiety, depression, grief and loss, pre-marital and couples work as well as family therapy.
Nicole works from a systemic and strengths based approach while integrating other modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and emotion focused and attachment based approaches.
