Madeleine Shore, LPC-MHSP serves as a therapist and the Assistant Clinical Director. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University and a license in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider.
Madeleine uses an integrative, trauma-informed approach to counseling, drawing from therapeutic modalities with empirical support for the treatment of PTSD and other trauma-related symptoms, such as Internal Family Systems and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. She also utilizes therapeutic techniques including mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and skills training to provide clients with tangible resources for their symptoms. Her clinical areas of focus include trauma, sexual abuse and sexual assault, domestic violence, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief and loss. Her approach is warm, client-centered, and collaborative.
Madeleine has received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Brainspotting Phases I & II, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Level 1 & 2. She is a member of the American Counseling Association.
