Lana Sydenstricker holds her Undergraduate degree in Public Relations with a minor in English from Lipscomb University. Upon graduating, she moved to India for a year to work for the non-profit International Justice Mission. After spending time in the communications world writing stories, she learned that it is important to create space for others to tell their own stories.
Upon returning to Nashville, Lana decided to pursue her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca Nazarene University. As a Master’s Level Intern studying Marriage and Family Therapy, Lana hopes to help women walking through grief find hope. She understands the bravery it takes to ask for help and believes that therapy can be a holy space to discover your inner strength. She is a member of both the American Counseling Association and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
