Staff Therapist and Coordinator of Groups/Intensives

Kelli is a Staff Therapist and Refuge’s Coordinator of Groups/Intensives. Kelli was an intern in Refuge’s Intern program and a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University in Clinical Mental Health. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Kelli is a member of the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counseling Association and of the American Counseling Association.

Kelli is also an advocate for Recovery outside of The Refuge Center. Her life experience is helpful in creating an understanding, safe and compassionate space for clients, in their journey towards freedom. She favors a person-centered approach and is experienced in relationship to self, Restoration Therapy, Grief, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Brainspotting. With experience in counseling those with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, grief, addiction, and life transitions (young, middle and older adults).  She believes everyone can learn and grow and would love to walk alongside someone in their journey towards healing and wholeness.
