Kelli is a Contract Therapist and a graduate of the Master’s-level Intern Program at The Refuge Center. While interning, she studied Clinical Mental Health at Trevecca Nazarene University. Kelli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Kelli is a member of the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counseling Association and of the American Counseling Association.
Kelli is also an advocate for Recovery outside of The Refuge Center. Her life experience is helpful in creating an understanding, safe and compassionate space for clients, in their journey towards freedom. She favors a Person centered approach and is experienced in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Restoration Therapy, Grief, Healing Our Core issues, and Brainspotting.With experience in counseling those with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and life transitions (young, middle and older adults), she believes everyone can learn and grow and would love to walk alongside someone in their journey towards healing and wholeness.
