Kaity Campbell is a native of Ohio who has called Tennessee her home for six years now. She graduated from Miami University (of Ohio) with a Bachelors degree in psychology and a minor in creative writing in 2015. She then worked in social services in Cincinnati for a brief time before moving to Tennessee. For four years, she worked at a local psychiatric hospital, first as a mental health specialist on the inpatient units and then as the outpatient program assistant, which included both administrative and case management duties.

Kaity is honored to work at The Refuge Center due to its mission to provide affordable care for those who need it, and she feels blessed to be a part of helping people receive the help they need. Kaity is also a member of the Zero Suicide Task Force at The Refuge Center and has completed training/certification in Adult Mental Health First Aid, Counseling on Access to Lethal Means, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, and QPR Suicide Intervention. She is also certified to administer both intranasal & intramuscular Naloxone. Kaity is also a certified QPR Instructor and is able to provide this training to those at Refuge and across the community.
