Justine Arel

Justine Arel is a Master’s Level Intern studying clinical mental health counseling at Liberty University, and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and Chi Sigma Iota International Honor Society. She graduated from Colorado Christian University with her BA in Communication Studies.

Committed to providing a warm, non-judgmental space, Justine is passionate about clients feeling safe and valued during their time together. She brings a wide array of professional and life experiences, offering unique insight to those who are walking through grief and loss, life transitions, spiritual matters, depression, anxiety, and parenthood (including those whose child is facing extenuating circumstances such as medical complexities and/or special needs).

Justine is dedicated to employing a person-centered and holistic approach because she believes each aspect of who we are—mind, body, and soul—is valuable and important in the healing process, in addition to cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. As you partner with her, she hopes you will begin to see your life with new eyes and feel more hopeful about your tomorrow. She would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey as you seek to pursue healing, restoration, and wholeness. Upon request, Justine integrates spirituality for those desiring a faith-based integration approach.
