Elle Hartness is a Master’s Level Intern at The Refuge Center studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Vanderbilt University. Elle received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Furman University in Greenville, SC. Through her experience in youth ministry, Elle understands the power of connection and the importance of building trust to allow room for growth. She is a member of the Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society and the American Counseling Association.
Elle desires to walk alongside adolescents and young adults with a focus on areas including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, identity formation, and relationships. She seeks to offer a safe and secure space for clients to process their story and grow towards holistic flourishing while affirming their unique experiences.
