Elisabeth Myers is a Master’s Level Intern studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. She has a passion for helping clients achieve their goals for a whole and fulfilling life. Believing that every client is a unique individual, Elisabeth uses evidence-based practices to match the appropriate therapy for each person. She believes in a holistic approach to well-being and strives to assist clients through person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy.
Elisabeth believes in creating a warm, compassionate space giving clients an opportunity to heal and grow. She brings a wide range of life experience into the therapeutic relationship and can address issues ranging from depression, anxiety, grief, life transition, marriage, and parenting challenges. She is a certified SYMBIS marriage facilitator and has experience working with pre-marital couples and couples experiencing marital challenges. She is available to serve individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and senior clients. Elisabeth can also provide spiritually informed treatments for those who desire to incorporate their Christian faith into the counseling process as needed.
