Ashley is a Therapist at The Refuge Center for Counseling. She has passion for working with adults dealing with issues of depression, trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, attachment, relationship issues, sexual abuse and domestic violence. She holds her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University and is currently pursuing licensure as an LPC.
Ashley believes in the process of therapy and believes that every person regardless of their background should have the opportunity to benefit from it. She has a genuine passion for helping those in need and believes that there is always hope even during times of hopelessness.
Ashley is passionate about walking alongside her clients throughout their journey of healing and transformation. Her goal is to empower her clients to become their best selves by focusing on her client’s individual stories and therapeutic needs. Ashley utilizes Cognitive Behaviorial Therapy along with other various treatments.
