Adam Kriese is a Master’s Level Intern at The Refuge Center studying Clinical Mental Health at Trevecca Nazarene University. He is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Tennessee Counseling Association.
With over 10 years of experience in human development, Adam comes to counseling as a second career. He believes that all people experience unique difficulties in life and endeavors to facilitate and accompany people as they journey down their path to wholeness. He is passionate about providing a judgment free safe space to encourage healing and growth.
Whether it is anxiety, depression, loss, difficulty with transitions or other life challenges, Adam uses client-centered/person-centered care and incorporates cognitive, acceptance, and existential therapies.
