Contract Therapist

Adam Kriese is a Licensed Professional Therapist and Mental Health Service Provider, LPC-MHSP (temp). He has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University, is a National Certified Counselor, a member of the American Counseling Association, and of the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association.

He is passionate about facilitating a judgment free, safe space and accompanying people as they journey down a path of growth and wholeness. His goal is to meeting people where they are, in the midst of their unique circumstances, provide a process to assist with discovery and change, and to encourage healing.

Adam is a trauma informed therapist who specializes in anxiety, OCD, low self-worth, grief, trauma related difficulties, depression, and client empowerment. He uses person-centered care and incorporates cognitive, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotional focused, motivational interviewing, and internal family systems therapies. Additionally, Adam is trained in EMDR.
