Do you often feel self-conscious about your body? Do you feel uncomfortable in your own skin? Do you compare your body to others’ and feel dissatisfied with your own? Do you find yourself saying, “I’ll do this once I lose weight” or “I can’t do that because of my physical appearance?”
This 9-week group is an opportunity for women to learn how to love themselves and their bodies and
