Come learn and exercise practical self-care:
- Address physical tension with gentle seated neck and shoulder stretches
- Promote mental calm with guided mindfulness exercises
- Let go of what feels too heavy through a compassionate listening practice
Join us on the second Monday of each month with yoga/mindfulness teacher, Kate Moyer, and therapist intern, Lauren Levisohn.
- Dates: September 12th, October 10th, November 14th
- Mondays 6-7PM
- Cost: $25-$65/session based on income
