Dawn Macchiavello will facilitate an intensive for adults call Mindfulness: A Christian Approach on Saturday, April 29th, 9am-12pm. This workshop will include a time of teaching about the benefits of mindfulness on physical and mental well-being and experiential learning like journaling and centering prayer. Participants will come away with practical tools to become more mindful and to increase awareness of God’s presence.
