NOTICE
“You are here”
You are alive
Be Still

NOTICE
The world is happening around you
You are creating light
It is ok to take up space in this world
You are OK

Where ever you go, be all there.
There is a spot for you in this world
Your heart is beating to remind you of purpose

Your heart is big for a reason
You are holding it
Protect it
Love it
Nurture it

Tell your story…
Everyone has one
Talk
Listen

You make a difference
You matter to the world

The heart’s rhythm is not flat
It varies in amplitude and rhythm
Just like life

It allows time for filling…
Time for release…

Diversity paints the world
