Roger has been involved with Non-profits since the early 90’s following his graduation from College.  He now lives in Franklin with his wife and three children, and is actively involved at Strong Tower Bible Church.  For the past 6 years, Roger has worked in the Health Care industry, and is currently serving as a Sr. Product Manager at Optum.  Roger’s passion for the Refuge Center was sparked through hearing clients’ heart breaking stories and the commitment of the Refuge Center to providing Christ centered, professionally excellent counseling services regardless of the clients’ financial situations. Roger has been elected as the Refuge Center Board Chair for a term of 18 months.
